Go to Control Panel, System, Advanced System Settings, (Performance) Settings. Click the Custom button, then tick the 2nd option from the top. I was immediately able to minimize RDP windows.
Thanks Aiman I checked every option and found out that "give an animation effect on minimize or maximize window" option affects this on CLIENT(local) computer so that is 6th checkbox from bottom
